The Musee d’Art Moderne et Contemporain (MAMCO) is housed in an old factory. The museum covers some 4000 square meters divided into 70 different areas, and exhibits artwork originating from both private and public collections. In addition to its permanent exhibitions, the museum holds a number of temporary exhibitions throughout the year. While the exterior looks like a factory warehouse, what awaits inside is dazzling. The interior decor features classic clean contemporary lines.
