    Within the Real Estate division team, you will:

  • Identify new investment opportunities, especially in the field of Private Real Estate, analyse them and execute an in-depth due diligence.

  • Participate to the investment committee

  • Follow up the investments and build up reports for clients

  • Keep yourself updated with the trends of the real estate market and develop marketing and reporting tools relevant for your activity

  • Participate to the management of the real estate portfolios


Job Requirements
  • University degree in Finance, CAIA qualification a plus

  • 10 - 15 years in a similar role

  • Fluency in French and English is requested

  • The right candidate should own strong analytical skills and ideally has an existing network in Switzerland.
